General Directions
- To protect iron from accidental exposure to adhesives: Place iron-on adhesive or fusible interfacing on wrong side of fabric on your pressing mat or ironing board. Cover materials with a sheet of Pressing Paper (shiny silicone lining facing down). Press materials as directed on product packaging. Remove Pressing Paper and allow materials to cool before proceeding with project.
- To protect delicate or heat-sensitive fabrics from scorching: Place a sheet of Pressing Paper (shiny silicone lining facing down) between the iron and the fabric to disperse the heat of the iron more evenly.
- To create a non-stick surface: Place a sheet of Pressing Paper on work surface (shiny silicone lining facing up). The silicone lining provides a non-stick surface for glue, paint and other craft products.
- Each sheet of Pressing Paper can be reused multiple times; replace as needed.
Tips
Don't forget... iron on the dull paper side of the pressing paper only.
