Return Policy 

We hope that you will absolutely LOVE your purchase from Therm O Web! 
If there happens to be a problem or manufacturer defect with any item in your order, please contact us immediately!

We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order.*

Items must be pre-approved to return. Please email us at: hello@thermoweb.com with your order number, order date, and the items you would like to return. Items being returned must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be in used or opened condition. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded; return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer (pending review).

• Items marked as sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Should you receive a defective item from Therm O Web, we are able to offer refunds within our standard 15 day return policy or we will replace your product within 60 days of purchase.

Once your return has been approved, you may return your items to the address below.  Please note, do not return items without first contacting us for a RMA# (return authorization number), which must be on the package. Doing so may result in a refund not taking place.
