Hello Crafty Friends!! Larissa here today to share a couple of Thankful & Blessed Fall-themed Cards using the NEW Gina K. Designs Gnomes Festive Fall Add-on Products!! SWOON!! I'm a LOVER of ALL things Sunflowers in the Fall so I wanted to showcase them on my Cards for today!! Let's get started!!

Thankful & Blessed Sunflower Card

For my First Card, I created my own Background using the BEAUTIFUL Sunflower and Leaf Image included in the NEW Gina K. Designs Gnomes Festive Fall Add-on Stamp Set!! I Inked the Sunflower Images with Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink and then added some Crackling Campfire Distress Oxide Ink with an Ink Dauber just to the inside edge of the Petals for a Dimensional look!! Then I Inked the Center of the Sunflowers with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and the Leaves with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink and added some Pine Needle Distress Oxide ink to the Edge of the Leaves for some Dimension!! These images could easily be Stamped with just one Color of Ink as well, but I really LOVE how the addition of the 2nd Ink Colors really makes them come to LIFE!! Once the Card Panel was completely Stamped I pumped out some Deco Foil Pen Adhesive onto a Lid and then used a Paint Brush to add some Splatters onto my Card Panel!! Then I set the Panel aside to dry completely!! Once the Deco Foil Adhesive Pen Splatters were dry I cut a Piece of Gold Deco Foil and then placed the Foil over the top of the Dry Adhesive and rubbed my fingers over the top to burnish the Foil onto the Adhesive!! SWOON!! I LOVE this Technique and how it adds the PERFECT touch of Gold Foil Splatters to the Card Panel!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the "Thankful & Blessed" Sentiment onto a Die Cut Circle using Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and Embossing with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I added some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink over the Circle with an Ink Blending Brush for some added Color!! I adhered it to a Die Cut Circle cut from some Sunshine Yellow Deco Foil Flock Sheets that I adhered to a Yellow Piece of Cardstock using some Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I wanted to turn the Sentiment into a Sunflower, so I also Die Cut 3 of the Leaves from some Green Envy Deco Foil Flock Sheets that I adhered to a Yellow Piece of Cardstock using some Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I Inked the edges with Pine Needles Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading just like I did for the Stamped Leaves!! Then I adhered the Leaves to the Sentiment Circle using some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! I adhered the Sentiment Sunflower to the Card Panel using some Gina K. Designs Foam Squares for some Dimension!! I added some Taylored Expressions Gold Drip Drops for some added Sparkle, Shine and Dimension!! Then I adhered the Card Panel to a Kraft Cardbase that I inked with some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink using some Foam Tape!! I LOVE the way this Turned out and I think it would be FUN to create a Set of these Cards using different Colors for the Sunflowers!! SWOON!! This would make a PERFECT Gift for anyone this Fall!! Thankful & Blessed Gnome Card

For my next card I wanted to create a FUN Fall Scene combining the Sunflower Image with a SWEET Lil' Gnome!! This Card just makes me SMILE!! I Started by Foiling the Toner Sheet with a Negative Piece of Deco Foil that I saved after Foiling a Piece of the Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts in Candy Stripes!! After the Negative Piece was Foiled to the Deco Foil Toner Sheet, I cut a piece of Gina K Designs Fancy Foils in Glittering Grass and placed it over the Foiled Toner Sheet and ran it through my Laminating Machine!! SWOON!! Once foiled I'm left with a Customized Striped Foil Sheet that can be Die Cut for the Gnome's Hat and Shoes!! Then I adhered a piece of Green Envy Deco Foil Flock Sheets to a Green Piece of Cardstock using some Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I Inked the edges with Pine Needles Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading!! The Flocking Sheets make for the PERFECT Outfit!! Next, I adhered a piece of White Latte Deco Foil Flock Sheets to a White Piece of Cardstock using some Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I Inked the edges with Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading!! I Stamped the Sunflower Image just like I did in the Card above then I added the Deco Foiled Heart and a Fairy Rocks Rhinestone for a touch of Sparkle!! For the Card Panel I Inked with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink after I masked off the Ground!! I added some Water Splatters and let the Card Panel Dry completely!! Once Dry I used the Stencil to Ink the Clouds!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the "Thankful & Blessed" Sentiment!! I added the Images to my Card Panel using Gina K Design Foam Tape and then added some Trinity Stamps Fairy Rocks Rhinestones with Zots Bling Adhesive Dots for some Sparkle!! I just LOVE these Lil' Gnomes and ALL of the possibilities when creating with them!! Products Used: Therm O Web: Deco Foil Toner Sheets Gina K.
