Thank You Apple Cards using Deco Foil

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

Larissa here to share some Teacher Thank You Cards for the End of the School Year!! How is it possible that we are already at the end of the School Year!!?? I LOVE making SPECIAL Cards and Giving Gifts to the Teachers for ALL that they do and I ADORE how these turned out!! I hope these INSPIRE you to create some Teacher Cards too!!

FIRST CARD

I Started by creating my Background Card Panel!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters then let those dry completely!! If you follow me then you know that I like to use the Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive and mix it with a small amount of Water and then use a Paint Brush to Splatter it on my Card Panels!! Then I sat it aside to dry completely!! Once dry then I cut some small piece of Gina K. Designs Fancy Foil in Radiant Red and placed it over the dry adhesive splatters and burnished the Fancy Foil over all of the Adhesive Splatters!! SWOON!! The reveal is still my FAVORITE Part!! The sparkle and Shine you get from these tiny Splatters is AMAZING and it adds so much to the Card Panels!!

For the First Card I Foiled some of the Gina K Designs Fancy Foil in Radiant Red onto a sheet of the Deco Foil Transfer Sheets using my Gina K. Designs FUSE Machine!! Then I die cut the sheet using the Trinity Stamps Thank You Apple Cut-Out Die Set!!

I then die cut the Trinity Stamps Thank You Apple Die Set!! I Die Cut the Layering piece from some Black Cardstock!! I die cut the leaves from some of the Plush Paper in Emerald Green and then applied some Distress Oxide Ink in Rustic Wilderness!! I LOVE the texture this adds to the overall Design!!

I adhered the Die Cuts together to create the BEAUTIFUL Foiled Thank You Apple!! SWOON!! I LOVE how this turned out and I think it’s so AWESOME how you can personalize these however you’d like using whatever Color Combos you’d like!! The possibilities are literally ENDLESS!! I finished off the Card Panel by adhering some Trinity Stamps Golden Sparkle Stars Confetti!! They are the PERFECT Finishing touch for this Design!! SECOND CARDI Started by creating my Background Card Panels!! I started by adding some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters then let those dry completely!! This reveal NEVER gets old!!

For the second Card I foiled another Sheet of Deco Foil Toner Sheets using some of the Crimson Shattered Glass Deco Foil from the Deco Foil Color Harmony Pack in Shades of Red!! I used the Gina K. Designs FUSE Machine!! Then I cut the Trinity Stamps Thank You Apple Die Set!! I die cut the Layering piece from some Deco Foil Toner Sheets that I Foiled with some Deco Foil in Champagne!! I adhered the Die Cuts together to create the BEAUTIFUL Foiled Thank You Apple!!

I die cut the leaves from some of the Plush Paper in Emerald Green and then applied some Distress Oxide Ink in Rustic Wilderness!! I LOVE the texture this adds to the overall Design!! I LOVE how the Crimson Shattered Glass Deco Foiled Apple POPS off of the Kraft Card Panel!! SWOON!! In real Life it's a STUNNING combination!! Then I adhered the Die Cuts together to create the BEAUTIFUL Foiled Thank You Apple!! SWOON!! I LOVE how this turned out and I think it’s so AWESOME how you can personalize these however you’d like using whatever Color Combos you’d like!! The possibilities are literally ENDLESS!! I Finished off the Card Panel by adhering some Trinity Stamps Golden Sparkle Stars Confetti!! They are the PERFECT Finishing touch for this Design!!

THIRD CARDI Started by creating my Background Card Panels!! I started by adding some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters then let those dry completely!! Next I mixed some Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive with a small amount of Water and then used a Paint Brush to Splatter it onto my Card Panel!! Then I sat it aside to dry completely!! Once dry I cut some small piece of Deco Foil in Crimson Shattered Glass and placed it over the dry adhesive splatters and burnished the Deco Foil over the Adhesive Splatters!! SWOON!! This reveal NEVER gets old and it's hard to see the difference in the photos, but in real life there’s a distinct difference in the Deco Foils used!! Next I Foiled the Gina K Designs Poly Glaze Foiling Sheet in Tiny Dots using some Red Color Harmony Deco Foil in Shades of Red!! I ran it through my Gina K. Designs FUSE Machine and then we’re going to USE the NEGATIVE Foil Sheet for our Project!! You can SAVE that other Card Front for another Project!!

We’ll Foil that Negative Tiny Dots Sheet to some of the Deco Foil Toner Sheets using the Gina K. Designs FUSE Machine!! Then we’ll remove the Protective Clear Film and we’ll Foil again with some Rainbow Deco Foil!!

SWOON!! How FUN is this!! You could use ANY Color Combination here, but I LOVE the look of the Rainbow Deco Foil!! It adds so much to the Design!!

For the Third Card I Die Cut the Trinity Stamps Thank You Apple Die Set to create the Apple Shaped Window in the Front of the Card Panel!! I adhered some Acetate to the back of the Card Panel to cover the Apple Window!! Then I Die Cut the Layering piece from some of the Deco Foil Transfer Sheets that I foiled with Champagne Deco Foil!! I adhered it to the Acetate Window and then placed the Deco Foil Plush Paper Leaf die cut from some Emerald Green and Stem!!I added some Gina K. Designs Foam Strips to the back side of the Card Panel in order to create my Shaker Well and then I added all of the Trinity Stamps Shaker Embellishments!! I backed it with the Negative Foiled Gina K. Designs Poly Glaze Foiling Sheets in Tiny Dots!!I finished off the Card Panel by adhering some Trinity Stamps Golden Sparkle Stars Confetti!! They are the PERFECT Finishing touch for this Design!!FORTH CARDI started by creating my Background Card Panel!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters then let those dry completely!! I like to use the Deco Foil Liquid Adhesive and mix it with a small amount of Water and then use a Paint Brush to Splatter it on my Card Panels!! Then I sat it aside to dry completely!! Once dry then I cut some small piece of Deco Foil in Rainbow and placed it over the dry adhesive splatters and burnished the Fancy Foil over all of the Adhesive Splatters!! SWOON!!For this Card I USED that Negative Rainbow Foil Tiny Dots Sheet and Foiled it to some Deco Foil Toner Sheet using my Gina K. Designs FUSE Machine!! I die cut the Trinity Stamps Thank You Apple Die Set!! I Die Cut the Layering piece from some Black Cardstock!! I inlaid the Emerald Green Plush Paper Leaf and Kraft Cardstock Stem!!

I Finished the Card the same way as the Third Card and I LOVE how it turned out!! Shaker Cards are so FUN to make and I really LOVE how the Foiled Apple looks and it adds so much Sparkle and Shine!! I finished off the Design by adhering several Trinity Stamps Golden Sparkle Stars Confetti Embellishments!! They add the PERFECT Finishing Touch!!
