Happy Birthday Card Instructions:
For my card I started with a yellow card base. I foiled Gina K Designs Polka Dot Foil-Mates sheet with Brilliant Blue and Twinkling PInk Fancy foils. I used a 1" circle punch to punch out several circles from two different foil colors. I arranged those on a white piece of cardstock and adhered them using Sticky Dot Mini Runner.
I ran the Toner Sheet through the laminator using Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils Sparkling Silver. I used my sewing machine to stitch the Deco Foil Clear Designer Toner Sheet to the card front.
To embellish the card I die cut a tag and added die cut and foiled balloons using Gina K Designs Time To Celebrate Dies and two new Fancy Foils: Brilliant Blue and Twinkling Pink.
I used 3D white foam squares to adhere one of the balloons. I stamped and die cut the sentiment using Time To Celebrate stamps and dies. I adhered the tag to the toner sheet using iCraft Tape.Two different colors of twine added to the tag complete this card.
