Summer on the Porch: A Quilted Coaster Tutorial

Hello my sewing friends! This is Dori @redfeedsack with a fast summertime sewing project! My favorite season is summer and making a simple quilted coaster set is such a necessary thing for porch sitting! Along with iced tea of course!

• Fabric scraps
• Heatnbond Fusible Fleece
• Pressing Paper
• Heatnbond Fabric Fuse Liquid Adhesive
• Spraynbond Basting Adhesive Spray
• Basic sewing supplies
• Free Coaster Pattern

This project can be done completely with fabric scraps, basic sewing skills, and my favorite Therm O Web supplies!

I chose to make mine in some red/white/blue fabric scraps because I’m loving everything Independence Day… (and red is my favorite porch color!) but you can make them in any fabric combination you desire.
