I'm finishing off the Jungle Boogie Week with this Jungle Floral Coffee Card using LOTS of Deco Foil Flock Sheets for some Texture!! If you haven't tried the Deco Foil Flock Sheets, maybe this Design will get EXCITED about giving them a try for your next Floral Card Design!!??
Let's get Started!!
I Started by Foiling the Brutus Monroe Toner Card Fronts Mixable in Really Radiant with some Champagne Deco Foil, by running it through my Laminating Machine!!
Once Laminated I removed the Negative Foil and then Die Cut the Inside Out Coffee Cup by Lawn Fawn!! SQUEAL!! I just LOVE the way these Foiled Toner Sheets Die Cut, plus they add an AWESOME Design to the Coffee Mug just like a Vintage Coffee Cup!! I Die Cut 5 more Coffee Mugs from some White Cardstock and then adhered them all together with some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! Then I inked the edges with some Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading!!
I wanted to Die Cut some of the Lawn Fawn Palm Leaves from some of the Rina K. Design Neon Enamel Sheets to give them that AWESOME Palm texture!! I adhered an Enamel Sheet in Loud Lime to a Piece of White Cardstock using the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets and then Die Cut the Palm Leaves inking with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink!!
I Die Cut the Lawn Fawn Flower Dies from the Sunshine Yellow and Think Pink Deco Foil Flock Sheets after adhering each of them to coordinating Cardstock Colors using the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I Inked them all with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink too!!
I Die Cut all of the different Lawn Fawn Leaves/Greenery Dies from the Green Envy, Teal Waters, Emerald Green and Midnight Blue Deco Foil Flock Sheets after adhering each of them to coordinating Cardstock Colors using the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I Inked them all with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink too, and I LOVE the Dimension that the Ink adds to the Die Cuts!!
Then I created my Jungle Floral Design as if it were a Floral Design in a REAL Coffee Cup!! I used Foam Tape to add Dimension as needed and then I adhered some Trinity Stamps Pearly Pink Baubles to the Center of the Large Pink Flowers using Zots Bling Adhesive Dots and some Fairy Rocks Rhinestones to the center of the Hibiscus Flowers!!
SWOON!! Just look at ALL of that Texture and Dimension!! I also really LOVE the Foiled Coffee Mug!! It's just STUNNING in real life!! I Die Cut the Gift Tag and added it to the edge of the Cup Stamping and Embossing the "Hello" Sentiment and adding a Trinity Stamps Clay Heart to the center of the Stitched Heart on the Tag!!
I just LOVE how this turned out and how you can use this Design to create a Floral Bouquet using ANY of your FAVORITE Flowers, for ANY Occasion imaginable!! I hope I've INSPIRED you today and that you are EXCITED to pull out your Deco Foil Flock Sheets and get CRAFTY!!
