Spooky Salutations with Gina K Designs Foil Mates Remix.

Hello, Therm-O-Web friends! We are saying goodbye to summer real soon and moving into fall. Personally, I love Fall and Halloween the most. The new Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates Remix toner card fronts make it easy to create a variety of themed cards. Today, I am sharing some fun Halloween cards that I created using them.

Using the Polka Party Foil-Mates, I foiled them using Gina K. Designs Fancy Foil in Dazzling Orange. Then I used my Distress Oxide Spiced Marmalade ink to create a tone-on-tone look on the toner card front.

Next, using our Deco Foil Plush Paper in White Velvet, I die cut the skeletons and used the Black Velvet Plush Paper for their eyes. Note: The black and white Plush Papers are now sold under our Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web collection; same product but a new brand.

Next, using a frame die, I cut the Foil-Mate card front and a coordinating frame from lime-colored cardstock to make the card base. Then I layered two die-cut Boo to You sentiment, one cut from Black Velvet Plush Paper and one from the lime cardstock. I finished it off with the skeletons. The card really came together quickly.

For the second card, I foiled the striped design from the Gina K. Designs Ornamental Holiday Foil-Mates toner card fronts using Gina K. Designs Glittering Green Fancy Foil. I used some of the Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink to add some tone-on-tone color.

Next, I sprayed some Grape Shimmer Spray from Kingston Crafts on the front of the toner card front.

I then used some die-cut postage stamps from Waffle Flower that I colored and collaged to decorate the front of the card base. I die-cut a spider and a spider web from the Black Velvet Deco Foil Plush Paper.
