Slimline Card with Unity and Deco Foil

by Thermoweb on September 10, 2020
Hi Friends! It is Dana here today sharing a slimline card that uses the Unity Toner Card Fronts and some of the new gorgeous Fairytale Deco Foil.

Slimline Card with Deco Foil

I started my card by cutting strips of each of the Fairytale Deco Foil colors and laying them on top of the Butterfly Fly Away Card Front from Unity. *To make a slimline card you will need to use two of the fronts to have enough length to make your panel.

Unity Card Fronts

I used Purple Tape to hold the Toner Sheets in place while I ran them through my laminator. Here are my two finished panels. Don't you just love the colors? They are so pretty in real life. I attached my two panels together with Sticky Strip Runner and ran it through my die cutting machine with a Slimline Scalloped Card Panel Die. I then attached a strip of black cardstock over my seam (where my two panels overlapped) and wrapped it with Black and White Gingham Ribbon. Next, I used the Pretty Pink Posh Beautiful Butterflies Stamp Set to stamp my sentiment onto a black stitched circle. I heat set the sentiment with white embossing powder and attached it to my card with Foam Tape. Lastly, I used my Sticky Strip Runner to attach my card panel to my slimline card base Thanks for joining me today. I hope I inspired you to use your Unity Toner Card Fronts to make a slimline card, it is super fun and easy to do.
