Sending Sunshine with Electro-Pop Neon Enamels

Neon Enamel Transfer Sheets

I thought it would be FUN to create a Set of SWEET Set of Cards that can be given to Greyson's Teacher for Valentine's Day!! I think these NEW Enamel Sheets are PERFECT for creating Apples and I LOVE the way they look in real life!! I started by applying the Neon Enamel Sheets to a piece of Kraft Cardstock using the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! These are easy to apply and all you need to do is burnish them and then remove the protective film!! I then used a Set of Apple Dies from Taylored Expressions to Die Cut the Apple!! I wanted to apple to be a little thicker, so I ended up die cutting some Yellow Green Cardstock 3 times using the same Apple Die and then adhered them all together to create a 3-D Apple!!

Neon Flock Transfer Sheets

For the Tops of the Apples, I Die Cut the Stems and Leaves Dies also from Taylored Expressions 4 times fro some Craft Cardstock and adhered them all together!! I used some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink to Ink them and then I Die Cut the NEW Neon Flock Sheets from the same Die after I adhered the Flock Sheet to a piece of Green Cardstock using the Easy Cut Adhesive and running it through my Die Cutting Machine to burnish it!! I then cut the Leaf away from the Stem and Inked it using some Pine Needles Distress Oxide Ink along with some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink to add some Dimension!! For the Background Card Panel, I Stamped the Notebook Background Stamp using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and then I Stamped the Leaves from the NEW Rina K Designs Stamp Set!! I used Twisted Citron to stamp the Leaf first and then used and Ink dauber to apply some Forset Moss and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Inks and stamped again to add some Dimension and interest to the Leaves!! I also did some Second generation stamping just to fill in the area and to add to the feel of depth for the leaves!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment using both Poppin Pink Ink and Versa Mark Ink and embossed using some WoW Neutral Shimmer Embossing Powder that coordinates with the Iridescent Glitter in the NEW Iridescent Glitz Glitter Gel!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatter and a FUN Notebook Layer that I Die Cut using the Taylored Expression Die!! I Die Cut it 3 times and adhered them together then ran in through my Sewing machine to adhered it to the Card Panel!! I LOVE the layers and the dimension that it adds to the overall design!! For the Flowers, I Stamped them in Potent Purple first and they layered the Poppin Pink over the Top!! Then I Stamped the Smaller Flowers in the Orange Glow and inked up the edges of the leaves with Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide Ink using an Ink Dauber!! I stamped the Stamen using the Poppin Pink Ink and then Die Cut the Images using the coordinating Dies!!

Glitz Glitter Gel

I added the NEW Iridescent Glitz Glitter Gel and the NEW Rina K Designs Stencil that coordinates with the Set!! The result are just STUNNING in real life and it might just be my NEW FAVORITE Glitz Glitter Gel!! SWOON!! I wanted to add a coordinating Heart to the Apple in order to add a punch of color and create a Visual Triangle so I Stamped the Circle Image from the set using some of the Poppin Pink ink and then added some Iridescent Glitz Glitter Gel over the top using the Stencil Pal!! I set it aside to dry and then used some Lawn Fawn Heart Dies to Die Cut the Hearts!! Not only does it coordinate, but it's the PERFECT finishing touch to this Design!!

Add Gel Pen Highlights

Here you can see the Close up of the Focal Design!! I added some White Gel Pen Highlights and I also added some Mini Iridescent Jewels to the center of the Flowers, just to add even more Sparkle!! Some Morning Dew Nuvo Drops were added to the Stamen to make them more dimensional too and I LOVE the way it turned out!! I used a lot of the same Products, just switching out the Colors and changing up the design a little!! I started by applying the Neon Enamel Sheets to a piece of Kraft Cardstock using the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets!! I then used the same set of Apple Dies from Taylored Expressions to Die Cut the Apple, just using a smaller one that fits onto the Treat Bag better!! I wanted the apple to be a little thicker, so I ended up die cutting some Pink Cardstock 3 times using the same Apple Die and then adhered them all together to create a 3-D Apple!!

Stamping and Creating the Background

For the Background Panel, I Stamped the Notebook Background Stamp using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment using both Poppin Pink Ink and Versa Mark Ink and embossed using some WoW Neutral Shimmer Embossing Powder that coordinates with the Iridescent Glitter in the NEW Iridescent Glitter Glitz Gel!! I added some Black Soot Distress Paint Splatter and a FUN Notebook Layer that I Die Cut using the Taylored Expression Die!! I Die Cut it 3 times and adhered them together then ran in through my Sewing machine to adhered it to the Card Panel!! I LOVE the layers and the dimension that it adds to the overall design!! I added a Heart to the Apple, White Gel Pen Highlights and one of the Flowers we created to finish off the Design!! A Gina K Designs Black Gingham Ribbon and Raspberry Seam Binding Ribbon finishes off the Bag!!
