Start with a wood square like this one from Jillibean Soup. Cut a piece of paper the same size as the wood and center a die or other template on top. Run the die through a die cut machine.
Remove the die and positive piece of the cut out and use removable adhesive to hold the template in place.
Place multiple embellishments on the inside of the template, starting with the largest first.
Once you like the look of the embellishments, adhere them down with Zots™. I like to use Small Zots™ and occasionally use more than one on an embellishment like I did on the back of this heart. Next, use Zips™ to create a line of adhesive along the bottom of the wood square. Then adhere several pieces of twine to the Zips™.
Finally, tie a bow from ribbon and adhere it to the center of the twine with Zots™.
