Domestic Machine Quilting with NEW Bliss Batting

Hello and welcome! It’s Julia from Inflorescence Designs! I’m so joyful you are visiting today! For today's tutorial, I am sharing my experience using Thermoweb’s NEW Bliss Batting!

The project I made is my newest quilt pattern called Wish.  It is reminiscent of a log cabin block but with corner triangles that when put together create a star.  

This batting is very soft, has a wonderful drape and was easy to quilt with on my domestic machine.  It’s light in weight for a summer quilt but is also very warm.  I love the drape it gave my quilt and folding was easy.  

If you would like to make this pattern, find all the supplies below.  The pattern includes cutting instructions for various sizes.

Supplies:

• Wish quilt patten

• Fabric amounts listed in the pattern

• Bliss Batting (size will depend on quilt size)
• SpraynBond Basting Adhesive
• Basic sewing notions
• Oliso Iron and Pressing Mat
