Deco Foil Metallix Spring Cards
Did you know that you can make your own metallic embossed paper? It's super easy with Therm O Web's Deco Foil Metallix Gel, plain white cardstock and embossing folders.
I love embossing folders because they are pretty affordable and with the many colors of Metallix (SIX amazing colors!) you can make a huge variety of Metallic Embossed Paper using them.
Whether you like heavy coverage like above or a more distressed Metallix effect like this one, you will love the shine and texture you can achieve by combining embossing folders and Deco Foil Metallix Gel!
These DIY metallix, embossed papers are great backgrounds for thank you cards, birthday cards and more!
If you don't have many embossing folders, but you are a fan of panel dies, you can achieve a similar result with the same technique.
The White Pearl Metallix die cut layered over white cardstock creates a subtle, but elegant pearl, embossed look, perfect for a wedding card!
