It is so easy to die cut some felt using Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web Where Flowers Bloom dies. Then add some iCraft Deco Foil LIquid Adhesive. Once dry, cover with Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web Fancy Foils for a finishing touch that can coordinate with a foiled background made with Foil-Mates!
