A ROARING hello crafty friends! Kandice here, sharing this whimsical prismatic rainbow card!
What do you do when you have a stamped image and you want to incorporate Deco Foil? Well, this project is just for you!

First, I stamped 2 images from the Stamping Bella (Hello Dandy Lion) stamp set. I then fussy cut out the mane and the lion’s head from one stamped image. The second stamped image was stamped on a pre-cut card panel.

Once the images were cut, I used the Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo, and brushed the lion’s mane hair. After 30 min. or so, or until dry (but still tacky), I placed the Deco Foil Transfer Sheet (Prismatic Rainbow) over the image and laminated it, using the Gina K. Fuse Foiling System Machine.
In addition to the lion’s mane, I decided to lightly brush the frame of the card panel with the Transfer Gel Duo, let it dry, and then tapped away the frame with the foil scraps.

After all the images were foiled, I adhered the card panel to a A2 sized black card base with the iCraft UltraBond permanent adhesive, and then colored the lion’s head and body. Next, I used the iCraft 3D Foam Squares (⅜” x ⅜”) to pop up the lion’s head. To make a “wet nose” effect, I lastly used Ranger Ink’s glossy accents for the lion’s nose.
If you want to foil, you can foil! You’re not limited to die cuts, stencils or toner card fronts. Any stamped image can be your foiling playground!
Happy Foiling,
