I Started by Foiling a Piece of Deco Foil Toner Sheets using some Mystic Rainbow Deco Foil!! Then I Die Cut some Stitched Borders using a Taylored Expressions Border Die Set!!
Then I Die Cut some Unity Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts in Butterfly Fly Away and Adhered it to a White Cardstock Card Panel using some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! Then I Stamped and Embossing the "Hello" Sentiment from the Deco Foil Oh Hello Stamp Set using some Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!!
Next I added some Deco Foil Adhesive Pen Splatters and let them dry completely!! Then I Cut a Piece of Mystic Rainbow Deco Foil and rubbed it over the Card Panel where the Adhesive Splatters were and the Deco Foil sticks to the Adhesive for the PERFECT Deco Foiled Splatters!! SWOON!!
I adhered the Deco Foiled Die Cut Borders using some Ultra Bond Adhesive as well as some Trinity Stamps Fairy Rocks Rhinestones!! I LOVE how they finish off the Card Design with the PERFECT amount of Sparkle and Shine!!
