Hello! Are you as excited for fall as I am?! The colors, the chill in the air, the PUMPKINS?! I fell in love with the new
Newton's Nook Designs fall release and I'm so excited to mix up some
ThermOWeb products with the new Newton's Nook Designs release!
Happy Fall Card
I wanted to layer the large square image from the
Newton's Nook Designs Fall Fringe stamp set on top of the
Pumpkin Patch stencil, so I needed to make an oversized card. The background piece is 5.25 inches square and the finished card size is 5.5 inches square. Check out my video at the end of this post to see how I created a large card base!
I sprayed the back of the
Pumpkin Patch stencil with
Pixie Spray and pressed it onto my cardstock. I used a
Stencil Pal to spread the
Sweet Mango Glitz Glitter Gel evenly across my background and set the background piece aside to dry. I stamped out the large image from the
Fall Fringe stamp set as well as the girl and pumpkin from the
Pumpkin Latte stamp set and colored them with Copic markers.
I take so long to color - these images took me about an hour and a half! Haha! By the time I was done coloring my stenciled background was dry and I was able to put everything together! I added the images with
iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive and
iCraft 3D Foam Squares. I LOVE the colors of this card! I hope you do too!
