Halloween Ghostly Hoop Decor

I took the Opal foil and I ironed it onto the adhesive side of the fleece and it just creates this shimmery effect, almost like a bubble. Here is a close-up, you can see the shimmer at the top. For the Bow, I used Heatnbond UltraHold Iron-On Adhesive on the Ice Seed fabric and added the Glass Slipper Foil to the center of the bow using the hot melt adhesive. This really was a quick and easy project and if you didn't want to foil the ghost it could be a no-sew project. I added a simple tulle bow to the bottom of the hoop to pull the color of the bow on the ghost and we were good to go. I hope you are enjoying all of the wonderful hoop projects this week.
