Halloween Cards that SPARKLE!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! Larissa here today with a couple of Halloween Cards that SPARKLE!! I'm a huge fan of Halloween, so these Cards just make me HAPPY and ready for ALL things Halloween!!

Deco Foil Ghost Card

My first Card uses the Designer Toner Sheets in Cobwebs & Cauldrons!! I started by Cutting pieces of Deco Foil!! You can pick any of the AMAZING colors of Deco Foil you want to use for your Project!! I've used Deco Foil in Black for the Cauldrons, Plum for the Witches Hats, Silver for the Cobwebs, Pewter for the Spiders, Rose Gold for the Bats, Copper for the Pumpkins, Emerald Watercolor for the Stems, and Antique Pearl for the Skulls!! Finally, cut a Piece of Silver Deco Foil to cover the entire piece and run it all through your Laminating Machine!! Then SQUEAL in DELIGHT when you remove the Foil to see what you’ve created!! It just NEVER gets Old!! Then SAVE that Negative piece for another Project!! I’ll be back SOON with some FUN ideas on ways to use them!! Wink Wink!! I LOVE how FUN this turned out!! You could use these in SO MANY Ways!! For the Background, I used a Piece of Halloween Text Patterned Paper and Inked it up using Distress Inks in Hickory Smoke, Seedless Preserves, Rusty Hinge, Twisted Citron and Wild Honey!! It’s pretty easy to do just hold the Foiled piece over your patterned paper and Ink using a Mini Ink Dauber!! It doesn’t have to be exact, just close enough to see the colors behind the Images when they are layered over each other!! For even more interest, I added some Water Droplets once all of the Ink was added!! Here you can see how the Inked Color shows from behind the Foiled Images!! I just LOVE the look and thinks it adds a TON of interest!! Next I wanted to create my own Black Metallix Glitz Glitter Gel Frame!! So I mixed both Black Ice Metallix Gel and Black Glitz Glitter Gel and used the Stencil Pal to apply it to a piece of Cardstock and set it aside to dry!! Once it was Dry I used a Reverse Confetti Frame Die to Die Cut the Frame!! I LOVE the way it Sparkles and Shines and Frames the Design of the Card!! I used the Deco Foil White Latte Flock Sheets and adhered it to some Easy Cut Adhesive that was adhered to some Gina K Designs White Cardstock!! Then ran through the Die Cutting machine!! I then Die Cut the Stitched Ghost and Inked around the edges with some Distress Ink to make it POP!! I Die Cut the Face and backed it with some Black Cardstock!! I added some Wiggly Eyes to add some character to the Ghost!! I used an Action Waubler to the back of the Ghost and attached it to the Card!! So not only does it have texture and character it moves!! SQUEAL!! Makes me GIGGLE every time I move it!! Then to finish off the Design I added a scattering of Sequins and Jewels using some Zots Bling Adhesive Dots!! To put it all together I added the Foiled Clear Toner Sheet to the Inked Patterned Paper using some iCraft Adhesive Tape in 1/8″!! Then I adhered some 3D Black Foam Strips to the back of the Frame to create a raised Frame!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment from the Lil’ Inker Designs FaBoolous Stamp Set onto a Stitched Circle Die Cut using some WoW Neutral Shimmer Glitter Embossing Powder and inked over it with some Seedless Preserves Distress Ink with an Ink Dauber!! I adhered it to the Card Front using more iCraft Adhesive Tape in 1/8″!! I adhered the Framed Piece to a Gina K Designs Plum Punch Cardstock A2 Card base!! Then I added a Mixture of Sequins and Iridescent Crystals and add some Dimension and Sparkle!! Deco Foil Bat Card

For my next Card I wanted to create a STUNNING Deco Foiled background onto some Gina K Designs Black Onyx Cardstock using a Flying Bats Stencil and the Stencil Pal to apply some Deco Foil Transfer Gel to the Cardstock!! I set it aside to dry and then applied some Brutus Monroe Tide Pool Deco Foil and ran it through my Laminating Machine!! To create the FUN Bat I used the Deco Foil Black Velvet Flock Sheets and adhered it to some Easy Cut Adhesive that was adhered to some Gina K Designs Black Cardstock!! Then ran through the Die Cutting machine!! I then Die Cut the Stitched Batty Huggers Die!! I Stamped and Embossed both of the sentiments onto some Gina K Designs White Cardstock and then Fussy Cut them out and added some Victorian Velvet Distress Ink with an Ink Dauber to make them POP!! I added the BOO Sentiment Bubble using some Easy Tear Adhesive Tape and then the Batty Hugger Die Cut was adhered using some 3D Black Foam Strips!! A few Lavender Jewels were scattered around using some Zots Bling adhesive and then I Die Cut the Frame Works Die from some Gina K Designs Wild Lilac Cardstock and adhered it to a Stone Cardstock using some 3D Black Foam Strips and my card was complete!!
