Create Custom Embellishments for a Special Grandparents Layout

Hello Thermoweb friends, Becki here. I'm excited to share a layout with you for grandparents day using a few DecoFoil™ products. I used the Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive to add creative embellishments to my layout for a fun and whimsical look! Celebrate Grandparents Layout with Deco Foil™ Therm O Web Supplies: Deco Foil™ Adhesive Pen Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive Champagne Deco Foil™ Transfer Sheets Zots™ Roll Medium 3d White Foam Squares Memory Tape Runner Project instructions: The first thing I did was draw a square (7 1/2 x 7 1/2) on a piece of white cardstock. After drawing the square I traced the square with a Deco Foil™ pen and doodled scallops around the edges of the square with the Deco Foil™ pen. I've fallen head over heels in love with the champagne Deco Foil Transfer Sheets. I added lots of it to this layout. Here's how the scalloped square looks up close: The second pop of champagne on this layout is on the title. I used cork numbers to create the title. I used a paint brush to paint Deco Foil™ Liquid Adhesive on the bottom half of the numbers. I love the texture of the foil on the cork numbers. It's gorgeous! And here's the final layout. I LOVE how this layout turned out. The Deco Foil™ complements this layout and adds a little bit of shine to make this layout stand out. I chose the title "15" because my parents have 15 grandchildren. The journaling on this layout reads: Fifteen grandkids and counting...these kids are so lucky to have such a great grammy and grampy. Above the layout I added a few patterned paper hearts. I adhered them with 3D foam squares so they pop off of the page a little bit. I LOVE my 3D foam squares.
