Hey Therm O Web friends! Shemaine here today to share with you a few fun techniques for creating with our Plush papers.

For the first card, I am using the July My Monthly Hero Citrus frame die. I cut the die with the emerald plush paper and then used the Pine green for the leaves.

Next, I embossed the white velvet with an embossing folder.

After I used our liquid adhesive to adhere the die cuts to the frame, I added the lemon wedges. Once I had all the frame finished, I adhered it to the embossed Plush paper with our liquid adhesive

I finished off the card with a stamped sentiment.

For the second card, I decided to ink the top flap of an embossing folder with Distress Oxide ink

Next, I placed the plush paper, plush side down, on the ink and ran it through a die-cutting machine to emboss the image.

The result is so detailed, and the ink really pops on the white plush papers!

Next, I cut the coordinating dies for the front of my card.

After assembling the front of the card, I embellished some lemons and used the same green plush papers to finish the lemons with leaves and the die-cut flowers.
The finished card turned out amazing with this inking technique!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you’ll give this technique a try and share it on socials with us.
Have a creative day!
