Easy to Make Halloween Lion Hoodie Instructions: First, take the tulle and fold it in half. Making it 3" wide. Grab the needle and thread, taking big hand stitches, sew the two edges together. Gather the tulle as you go, making the desired ruffles. Measure it along the edge of the hood, to ensure that it will be long enough. If needed it can be trimmed, even after it is added to the hoodie. Next, run a strip of Peel and Stick Fabric Fuse to the edge of your hoodie. Press the gathered edge of your tulle ruffle to the edge of the Peel and Stick. Taking note that the ruffle is pointing out. Note: The hoodie pictured had a piece of ribbon sewn to the interior of the jacket hood so that if wanted, the ruffle could be removed. Doing this is completely optional.   Then, run another piece of Peel and Stick Fabric Fuse over the top of the raw edge of the tulle. Covering all the stitching. Last, add a piece of ribbon over the top of the Peel and Stick Fabric Fuse edge, leaving a nice and finished look. Add a little lion make-up and you are ready for to hit the party and be stylish and warm.
