DIY Custom Candles with iCraft Easy-Tear Sheets

Hello there! Alice with you today to share an idea for creating custom candles that would be perfect for teachers or other special people in your life. I love giving (and receiving) candles as they are something beautiful, useful, and calorie-free. These came together in a snap with the help of iCraft® Easy-Cut Adhesive Sheets (now available in two sizes!) which were cut using an electronic die-cutting machine. Lots of people find iCraft® Easy-Cut a great adhesive to use when die cutting cardstock and other papers, but it also works really well on its own. Therm O Web Supplies: iCraft® Easy-Tear Adhesive Sheets iCraft® Easy-Tear Tape 1/8" 3D Foam Squares Permanent Tape Runner Other Candles Electronic Die-Cutting Machine and assorted shapes (or use punches or regular dies) Glitter Stamps and cardstock from Papertrey Ink Instructions: The Easy-Cut adhesive sheets cut beautifully in an electronic die-cutter... even my decade old Silhouette does a great job. Monograms are always a safe option, or create something even more personalized such as a music themed candle for a favorite piano teacher. Use iCraft® Easy-Tear tape to create a quick border. After applying the adhesive to the candle, simply peel off the protective liner on top and sprinkle with glitter. Create some quick thank you cards to coordinate with the color and theme of the candles. You might be wondering about the next photo... well, one of the great things about Easy-Tear Adhesive is that there is no waste - simply use the leftover pieces as you would any double sided adhesive. Here I've used extra pieces to adhere the center to the tag. These would be so easy to recreate in any theme and color.
