Instructions:
Turn on laminator and let it warm up.
1. Cut a piece of purple cardstock for the card base. Cut a square piece of
Deco Foil™ PeelnStick Toner Sheets to go on the card base (see next step) and punch circles. Draw two lines on each side of the cardstock with DecoFoil Pen.
2. Adhere the square
Deco Foil™ PeelnStick Toner sheet on the purple card base. That will be the background for the balloon. Run the card base and the punched circles through the laminator with Champagne Deco Foil(coming soon!!). This will also add foil to the lines drawn with the pen.
3. Adhere a piece of white cardstock to striped patterned paper and die cut balloon shape from the cardstock. Adhere acetate to the patterned paper and add 3D Foam Adhesive around the edges. Add more Foam Adhesive to the bottom of the card for support. Add sequins to the base and carefully apply the top part of the card to the base.
4. Adhere the die cut balloon string. Die cut "happy birthday" from
Therm O Web iCraft® Deco Foil™ White Foam Adhesive and apply Deco Foil. Adhere to the card.
