Scrapbook Page Instructions

Using the Deco Foil adhesive pen, trace words on the patterned paper. Leave to dry for 30 to 60 seconds then overlay Jade foil on top of the area that you copied the letters, be sure that the foil color is facing you. Then either run through a hot laminator or through a manual die cut machine using the thin wafer "sandwich". You can also use an adhesive pen with a stencil as I did with the Whimsy stamps "Beaded Curtain" stamp and gold foil. Literally, trace the stencil pattern with the adhesive pen and repeat the steps about. This leaves some great birthday confetti sparkle on the page, don't you think? To add to the dimension on the page provided by the chipboard pieces, you can use 3D foam squares to POP some gratitude off the page. The Whimsy "Thanks Word with Shadow Die Set" provided a fun addition to the border which I created a few of the dies from the "Quick Strips" Die Set, also from Whimsy Stamps. Two of those dies in particular mimic one of the patterned papers and are what lent me to use this collection to design with. When you are adhering chipboard to patterned paper, it's nice to have a strong liquid adhesive such as Ultra Bond. It doesn't warp the paper.
