Strawberry Patch Quilt with HeatnBond EZ Print Lite Sheets
The beautiful fabrics by Jennifer Jangles got me in the mood for all the freshness of summer. Her new fabric line is Strawberry Festival from In the Beginning Fabrics and it is just what was needed to add a bit of summer to my home.
[tooltip text="TooltipText"]Have you ever considered adding a little applique to a quilt that didn't have any? It is quite easy and doesn't require many supplies.[/tooltip]
Project Supplies:
Red, green, and black fabric
scissors
iron
coordinating thread
Project Instructions:
Use the above pattern to add a little strawberry to a placemat, quilt, towel set, etc. The options to add applique to are really endless.
Trace the pattern to the HeatnBond Lite. Leave about a 1/4" around the pattern piece.
Iron to the wrong side of your fabrics. Cut your pieces out. Remove the paper backing and iron to your desired project.
Stitch around your strawberry with coordinating thread.

Enjoy your strawberry or maybe a whole patch!
Mmmm, looks pretty yummy!!
