Larissa here to share a Trio of Gift Tag/Bags for any of your Birthday Gift giving needs!! I LOVE creating handmade Gift Packaging and these are QUICK and EASY, making them perfect for those last-minute gifts too!!
I started by Stamping the Large Circle Image from the NEW Rina K Designs Stamp-n-Stencil Hello Sunshine Stamp Set!! I used several of the Electro Pop Neon Inks to stamp the Images!! I used an Ink Dauber to add some of the Ink to the outside edges of the Image in order to create a Two-Toned look to the Image and I LOVE the way it looks!!
Next, I Die Cut the Images out using the coordinating Rina K Designs Stamp-n-Stencil Sending Sunshine Dies!! I then took the coordinating Rina K Designs Stamp-n-Stencil Sending Sunshine Stencil that I sprayed with Pixie Spray and adhered the stencil over the Stamped Images!! I Stenciled the center of the Images using the NEW Poppin' Pink and Yellow Glitter Gels and then I used the NEW Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo for the Lime, using the Stencil Pal for a nice thin coat!! I set them aside to dry!!

I used the Gina K Designs Fancy Foils in Glittering Green and Cut a square large enough to cover the Image then I ran it through the Die Cutting Machine!! Removed the Film and I LOVE the results!!
I Die Cut 3 of the Gina K Designs Tags and using the Rina K Designs Stamp-n-Stencil Sending Sunshine Stencil along with some Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass Ink to Ink the top 3/4 of the Gift Tags!! After Inking, I removed the stencil and then Inked the Tag with a Light coat if Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink!! I then Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments from the set onto the bottom of the Tag using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and some WoW Neutral Shimmer Embossing Powder and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! I used the Shimmer Embossing Powder on 2 of the Tags because the Iridescent Glitter matches the Glitter in the Glitz Glitter Gels, I used the Clear Powder for the Lime Tag and I LOVE both of the looks!!
I adhered the Images onto the Tags using some Gina K Designs Foam Tape and then added a few Iridescent Jewels with some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! 
I created some Gift Bags using the Mama Elephant Gift Bag Die from some Doodlebug Designs So Much Pun Patterned Paper!! Then I created a BEAUTIFUL Ribbon Scraps Bos that finished off the Design!! I attached the Bow using some Zots Bling Adhesive Dots to a Mini Clothes Pin!!
Each Gift Bag got its own Ribbon Scrap Bow using coordinating Colors!!
