Best Witches Card

For today's card, we start with black cardstock, Pixie Spray, the ghosts stencil and Metallix. I used Gina K's Premium cardstock in black onyx. Using the pixie spray on the stencil I taped it over the cardstock with purple tape. Next, spread the Metallix evenly over the stencil evenly and lift to reveal the fun design. Set aside and let dry for a few hours. I personally like to stencil several sheets with Metallix and let dry overnight. Next, I used the Misti stamping tool to stamp the Witchy Newton image. After embossing the image with clear embossing powder, I colored the image with Copic markers. Next, I assembled the card base by adhering the Metallix stenciled design to the card base with our memory tape XL adhesive runner. Using our 3D foam squares I adhere the stamped image to the card base and finish with the sentiment. The Metallix paired with the Ghosts stencil makes a fun background for the stamped image. Creating with Metallix is both easy and fun. We hope you'll give this technique a try and hashtag your post with #thermoweb #metallix and #newtonsnook so we can see what you create. Shemaine It would NOT be a collaboration if we didn't have a giveaway as well to share! We're offering a chance for you to win a $25 Gift Certificate to shop with our friends at Newton's Nook!
