Bee Strong with Deco Foil Flock

Hi, it's Ellen here. Today I have two encouraging items to make someones day when they need it. At my work we unfortunately have a colleague that recently told us that he has cancer. To send out something positive I descided to make this card. As you can see for both projects, I used a lot of foil and flock... let me show you how I made it... I started by creating the background. First I did ink the background, then I took a stencil duo. The second layer of the stencil I created by using "Transfer Gel Duo". I applied the gel and did wait till it was dry. Next I could cover stenciled design with "Deco Foil Transfer Sheet" and run through a hot laminator. Next I applied the "Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheets" on Foam Adhesive. I also made a little embroidery hoop, perfect to give as a small gift for someone who has a hard time or just as home decore. It's also super easy to make and you even don't have to sew. You even can see an other example made by me by clicking here. The explanation on the packaging from the "Deco Foil Hot Melt Transfer Adhesive sheets" is really helpful and clear to get sarted! I did cut out the letters mirrored and used Pixie Tape Roll to stick it temporary on the fabrick. With an iron you stick it permanantly to the fabric. When you peeled off the protector on top of all elements, you can lay your foil color side up. Repeat the process with iron. The results are stunning!!! Just as on the card I finished it off with flock. isn't this super cute?
