A Sun-Shine-Ney Hello Crafty Friends! Kandice here, sharing my first design team project with Therm O Web! Since it's still summer and the sun shines bright, why not create a card project that feels like you're miles away on a palm beach vacation!

First, I picked Thermoweb’s Toner Card Fronts (Get Tropical), and the Deco Foil Transfer Sheet (Emerald Watercolor) to use for the background of my card. Using the Gina K. Fuse Foiling System Machine, I foiled the toner card using the deco foil transfer sheet. I picked the Emerald Watercolor for the background, because the deco foil gives you color variations of green for the palms.

Next, I made a die-cut using the Deco Foil Plush Papers (Emerald Green) and a palm leaf die I had in my stash. The Plush Papers are perfect for adding texture to any project!
Once the die-cut was made, I thought about the sentiment for the card front. To add a bit of extra shine, I used the Adhesive Transfers by Unity (Sentiments 1). I foiled the adhesive transfer in Ocean Blue Deco Foil. After the sentiments were foiled, I fussy cut them out.

After I arranged all the elements to my A2 sized card front and before adhering, I then decided to die-cut an extra palm leaf, so the emerald green plush paper leaf wouldn't be lost in the background.

Lastly, I grabbed some iCraft UltraBond permanent adhesive and the iCraft 3D Foam Squares (⅜” x ⅜”) to pop up the hello sentiment.
I can “feel” the breeze of the ocean now! Palm leaves softly blowing in the wind and little happy Sun-Shine-Ney Hello, for me to enjoy the day!

Thanks for getting crafty with me!
